Zack's observations about marriage

Talk has turned to marriage in my house. Maybe because Dave and I are celebrating 14 years of marriage today. 14 years? It seems unbelievable!

But this morning at breakfast, we were talking about who the kids wanted to marry. Zack named a little girl from his class, Gabby named a boy named Brandon and Josh of course wanted to marry me and Shasha.

After that conversation was over, Zack says:

"If I don't get married I can't get a license plate"

(huh?)

Then, he comes over to me and says:

"I'm not going to marry Annie from my class. She doesn't listen very well and I think she might be like that when she gets bigger"

Good observation.

Conversation of the Day

Zack: Mommy, do I have to get married?
Mommy: No, you don't have to.
Zack: Then I'm not going to.
Gabby: Then you can't have children.
Gabby: Or get a wedding ring.
Gabby: Or get your drivers license.
