I've been wanting to try another recipe in my Deceptively Delicious cookbook, but I've been nervous to do so because who on earth ever thought of putting carrots and spinach in brownies?
So, I mixed everything up (and tried to do so quickly so the kids wouldn't see what was in the bowl)
Baked them up,
and then had the kids take a taste. They were a big hit and the kids were none the wiser.
